VSs carry heavy weapons such as chain guns and rocket launchers. Players either travel on foot or ride various types of mechanized suits called Vital Suits (VSs). The series consists of three installments, Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, Lost Planet 2 and Lost Planet 3. The Lost Planet video game series was developed and published by Capcom.
